Putting People First

Hi! I'm Claudia.

Wife and Mom of two teenagers and member of the workforce for over 30 years, I have personal and professional experiences that have molded me and altered my outlook on the future of work. 

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business, and as a lifelong learner, have completed Executive Education in both  Data Analysis and Marketing Strategies. I am also a Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management.

Coupled with the good fortune of having had several roles within companies that are among the most recognizable in the world, I have led teams comprised of nearly 300 people , growing business and product categories north of $60 million.

Having been exposed to a range of unique situations,  one only gets from first hand experience,  Change Management and Crisis Management are among my specialties.

My strategy? Assess situations from a 30,000 foot view , but work towards solutions on the ground-Putting People First.
